I am part of the Firedrake project. My research focusses on developping software abstractions for coupling Lagrangian particle models with finite-element PDE solvers, particularly in the context of nuclear fusion simulations. I am jointly supervised by the UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) and Prof. David Ham at Imperial College London.
Outside my research, I am interested in foundational topics in computer science, including language design, compilers and software verification methods.
